Product Description

The SM1000 steps up from lighter mixers with a 1000W motor and planetary mixing action that reaches around the bowl more consistently. Its 4L stainless-steel bowl and six speeds make it better suited to regular cake, batter, cream and dough preparation in a home kitchen.

Why We Chose It

• Planetary mixing moves the attachment around the bowl for more even ingredient contact than a fixed central motion.
• A 1000W motor offers more reserve for thicker mixtures and frequent baking sessions.
• The 4L stainless-steel bowl provides useful batch capacity while remaining manageable for household recipes.
